This interface is for manual, interactive lookup only — no scraping, bots, scripts, or repeated automated requests are permitted.
No Bulk Harvesting
Results must not be used to compile or rebuild a separate address database, mailing list, or any derivative dataset. Open G-NAF data must not be used for the generation or compilation of an address for the sending of mail unless each address is capable of receiving mail by reference to a secondary source of information.
Ausdata Address is provided for general information and research purposes only. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and do NOT constitute investment, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Seek independent professional advice before acting.
Address data is derived from third-party licensed sources including G-NAF Core (Geoscape Australia) and the Google Places API. The website, software, and content are owned by Ausdata or our licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ausdata is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on service outputs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
